Care for your people by setting up CELEBRATION GOALS. These are the first things that should be established. The DISCOVERY process is next and involves the gathering of information and categorizing of each line item. TRAINING follows and is the most important step in the budgeting process. You will be tempted to short change this area, but resist this temptation. Now you are ready to BUDGET. Assign every dollar to a line item. IMPLEMENTATION of your budget is the year-long process of follow-through. If things went well, you are now ready to CELEBRATE the GOALS you set last year. Make a BIG DEAL of this event. Invite everyone to the church to join in the celebration.
